Hey, there! I'm shadow, and welcome to Testers' Tool! I know, that this website is most likely destined to die, but on its way I would like to open this up to those who either; Need help with Html, would like to test banners, siggies, ect., or for people who just want to chat! :D
I know how good I am at Html ((Not very good. I can make banners, skins, layout, minor coding, ect.))- do you?
